On August 26, 2012 at 19:20, Aaron Cole bet Adam Moffat that he would clean his toilet with his tongue if Mitt Romney wins the presidency. I never thought I'd support Romney, but....

Mets vs Nats during the Denver Trip

The Mets and Nationals play Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
I am a long time Mets fan.
Adam Moffat is a bandwagon National's fan since they began winning.

The Bet: Following each game, for the duration of the evening, the loser will wear the opposing teams hat. If anyone comments on the lid (in our group or otherwise), the person wearing it must shout emphatically, "The (Mets/Nationals) are the greatest franchise ever! Hurah!"

Mets Nats, again

Despite the Bernie Madoff cloud looming over the Mets, their solid decision to give Oli Perez the ax gives me faith that they will again beat the Nats.

Adam has accepted another Mets Nationals bet in these terms:

$50 for the best record at the end of the season...and $10 per game each time the Mets and Nats face off head to head.

I will be rich by summer's end!

Adam has small nuts...

From and international location...making this illegal on several levels...blustering with confidence, Adam Moffat requested that Matthew Gephardt wager on the first series between the Mets and the Nats. Matt suggested $25 a game. Adam's confidence suddenly depleted refuse Matt's MAN wager and instead came back with a wager so insignificant it makes one seriously question whether or not his nuts have dropped.

The Bet: Matt takes the Mets, Adam the Nats for $2.50 a game...

Nats v Mets

On March 9, 2010, Adam Moffat, again, could not help but open his big fat mouth.

The ensuing verbal diarrhea the spewed forth had Adam Moffat claiming that at the end of the 2010 Major League Baseball season, the Washington D.C. Nationals would have a superior win/loss record to the New York City Metropolitans.

When challenged on the validity/stupidity of his claim, Adam wagered $50. I, Matt Gephardt have accepted the gentlemen's accord!

Stupid Adam...
